The sign-in screen in the app: what you see at first launch
At first launch the app shows the sign-in screen at once: a field for the ID, phone or e-mail, a field for the password and a Sign in button. There are no intermediate pages, and that is convenient: you sign in to the same account as on the site, and the balance, bet history and bonuses load automatically.
If you have already registered on the site, there is nothing to create again: it is enough to enter your existing details. You do not need to open a new account in the app — a second account breaches the rules. There are three ways to sign in — the ID, a phone in +998 format and an e-mail — and the password is shared.
Fingerprint sign-in on Android and Face ID on iPhone
On Android the app supports fingerprint sign-in: after the first sign-in you turn it on in the settings and no longer enter the password. It is handier and safer than keeping the password in notes.

On iPhone the picture differs: biometrics is a function of the system itself, not a separate sign-in to the app. iCloud Keychain saves the password and fills it in after confirmation with Face ID or Touch ID. The result for the player is the same — no typing the password — but it is switched on in iOS settings, not in the app.
The app asks you to sign in again: three reasons
The first is a password change: when you change it on one device, sessions on the others close and the phone needs a new sign-in with the new password. The second is clearing the app’s data in the phone’s settings: the saved sign-in disappears with it. The third is an update: after a new version is installed over the old, a repeat sign-in is sometimes required.

In all three cases the balance, bets and bonuses do not disappear: they are stored with the operator, not on the phone. If the app asks you to sign in at every launch, check whether the phone has enough storage and whether a third-party ‘optimiser’ program is cleaning the system.
Signing out and a shared phone
On your own phone signing out of the account is not required: the app keeps you signed in. On a shared, work or temporarily borrowed phone the order differs. Sign out of the account in the profile settings, do not save the password in Keychain or a password manager and, if the phone is someone else’s, clear the app’s data.
A separate safety measure is not to leave the app open on the screen: anyone who picks up the phone gains access to the cashier. Turn on a screen lock and fingerprint sign-in — then neither of those actions takes any effort.
The app will not let you in: what to check in order
If the app refuses to let you in, go up the list. First check the password: layout, Caps Lock, stray spaces. Then the network: without a stable connection sign-in hangs. Third is the confirmation code: if it does not arrive, check the +998 number format and the signal. Fourth is the app version: after a long break the app may have gone out of date and needs updating.
If nothing helps, tap Forgot password and recover access by phone or e-mail. If the contacts are not confirmed, operator support remains: the chat in the app or [email protected] with your account ID. General information on the app formats is on the home page.
